They all wondered
what went wrong
The blood red
Mustang convertible
had been polished and
tuned up...
several accredited engineers
worked on the frame...
the skin of the dinosaur
float was made of lightweight
and reliable materials...
And yet, in the middle of
the parade, when the
dinosaur was almost within
view of the news cameras,
the car shook violently and
the whole frame of the float
collapsed onto the driver...
Besides a heap of the float's
broken frame, only the front
end of the convertible could
be seen...
The blood dripping from the
dead driver went unnoticed
as it slid down the rouge
finish on the car...
This would have all been avoided
if someone had asked the Mustang
if it wanted to carry a 30 foot, pink
dinosaur, with purple polka dots, in a
televised parade, because it surely would've said,
"Hell no!"...

They still don't know
what went wrong...
